Scope and responsibility

This Privacy Policy explains how ProgencyX collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, browse listings, contact agents, create an account, submit property or inquiry forms, subscribe to paid agent access, or use any related dashboard, listing, messaging, billing, or support features.

For this policy, "ProgencyX," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the ProgencyX platform. "Service" means the ProgencyX website, dashboards, forms, listing pages, agent profile pages, and related services. ProgencyX is responsible for personal information we collect through the Service, except where a third-party provider acts under its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, account login details, agent profile details, business information, licensing or verification details, listing information, property details, uploaded images, form messages, lead or inquiry submissions, support requests, and preferences.

If you use paid agent features, payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may provide us limited billing information such as customer identifiers, billing email, payment status, plan, subscription status, invoices, and payment metadata needed to manage access.

We automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, session activity, feature usage, errors, and security logs. We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to keep the Service secure, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the product.

Public profiles and listings

Some information is meant to be public. Agent profiles, business details, profile photos, biography text, service areas, specialties, public listing information, listing photos, pricing, property descriptions, and related listing content may be displayed publicly on ProgencyX and may be indexed by search engines.

You are responsible for making sure public content you submit is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to publish. Do not submit confidential information, private client details, or information you are not authorized to share.

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve ProgencyX, including to create accounts, authenticate users, display listings and agent profiles, route buyer and seller inquiries, provide dashboard access, manage listing submissions, support users, process payments, and send account or service communications.

We also use information to verify accounts and inquiries, reduce spam, detect misuse, prevent fraud, secure the Service, troubleshoot issues, personalize product experiences, analyze usage, measure listing and inquiry performance, improve product quality, and develop new features.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, reporting, product planning, and business insights. Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you personally.

Inquiry and lead verification

ProgencyX may collect buyer, seller, or property inquiry information through contact forms, listing forms, agent profile forms, and related workflows. Inquiry details may include contact information, property interest, budget, desired location, timeline, message content, and basic verification signals.

We may review, filter, score, or verify inquiries to reduce spam, duplicate submissions, automated traffic, fraudulent requests, or low-quality submissions. Verified or filtered inquiries may be shown inside an agent dashboard or forwarded to the relevant agent or team.

Communications and consent

We may contact you by email, phone, SMS, or in-product message for transactional and service purposes, including account notices, verification, billing, support, security alerts, inquiry routing, onboarding, and product updates related to your use of ProgencyX.

Where required, we ask for consent before sending marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or contact us directly. Consent to marketing is not required to purchase or use the Service. Message and data rates may apply.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, analytics, email, SMS, support, security, storage, and operational tools. These providers are allowed to use information only as needed to provide services to us.

We may share inquiry information with agents, teams, or service providers when needed to respond to a request, route a lead, support a transaction workflow, or provide dashboard functionality. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, law enforcement, fraud prevention, safety, rights protection, or a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, measure performance, understand traffic, improve features, and support analytics. Some cookies are essential for the Service to work correctly.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect login, personalization, security, or dashboard functionality.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, keep security records, and support legitimate business needs.

Retention periods vary by data type. Account and billing records may be kept longer than general usage data where required for accounting, tax, legal, security, or dispute purposes. We may anonymize or aggregate information when it is no longer needed in identifiable form.
