You agree not to misuse the Service, violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, scrape data, interfere with security, or submit misleading listings or lead information.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, & Taxes

Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and your use of Stripe is subject to their terms.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any plan upgrades you select. You are responsible for any taxes required by law.

Except where required by law or as stated in a specific plan, fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are only provided where required by law or explicitly stated in a plan.

7. Trials & Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, eligibility and duration will be described at sign-up. When the trial ends, your subscription will begin at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

8. Communications & Consent

We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS for account, support, and transactional messages. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP for SMS, or contacting us directly. Consent is not required to purchase.

9. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as listings, profile details, or inquiries. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process your content to operate and improve the Service.

10. Content Standards

You are responsible for the content you submit. Content must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe rights or include harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory material.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services such as Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by ProgencyX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

13. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation.

14. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProgencyX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgencyX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ProgencyX harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
